Orders created on Farfolu are prepared after payment confirmation and sent through Yurtiçi Kargo.

The preparation time of the orders will vary according to the product and is 1-10 business days. The delivery time of the orders delivered to the cargo may vary according to the region where the recipient is located and the operational intensity of Yurtiçi Kargo.

When your order is delivered to the cargo, your cargo tracking information will be sent to you if it is available.

There may be delays in delivery times in cases caused by public holidays, campaign periods, density, adverse weather conditions or cargo companies.

If you notice that the package is significantly damaged during delivery, we recommend that you have the cargo officer issue a damage report before receiving the product.
